Since we hit our first day at Disneyland full force with ride, after ride, and non-stop fun and going we decided to take day 2 a little easier. We started our day at Disneyland. We went on a few of the rides that get REALLY busy as the day goes on (Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc.) As we were headed back to Disneyland Main Street we saw Aladdin, Kaylee was pretty excited to see him, but Gabby wasn't interested. Kaylee had fun visiting with him since his line wasn't busy. She has a flamingo water bottle holder so they practiced standing on one foot like a flamingo, chatted, and then took pictures.
After a few hours at Disneyland we headed across the way to California Adventures. The kids LOVED the huge letters just outside the entrance to the park.
While we were at California Adventures we saw Mulan, the Playhouse Disney Live show, big bear mountain waterfall, A Bug's Life 3D show, green army men (from Toy Story), and SOOOO much more.
The parade at California Adventures was at 5:15, during the absolute hottest part of the day. It was the Pixar Play parade with characters from some of the different Pixar movies. The best part was that all the floats, and characters had water to spray out at the scorching hot crowd.
After the parade we headed back over to Disneyland to save seats for the Fantasmic Night Show. We got dinner at Disneyland and ate it picnic style while waiting for the Fantasmic show. While we were waiting Kaylee and Marla traded hats, it was pretty cute. We got some great seats, and it was an amazingly awesome show.
